Adult and Teen Training: Ages 16 to adult (no upper age limit)
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 6:00 pm — 8:00 pm
Saturday 10:30 am — Noon
Please note: If no participants have arrived by 6:30 the gym will close.
Junior/Prep Olympic Training: Ages 8 to 15
Tuesday and Thursday 5:00 — 6:00 pm
Saturday 9:00 — 10:00 am
Fitness Boxing: (no age limit)
You may train alongside our competitive boxers and in any scheduled session.
