TRAINING SCHEDULE

Adult and Teen Training: Ages 15 to adult (no age limit)

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 6:00 pm — 8:00 pm

Saturday 9:30 — 11:00 am

 Junior Olympic Training: Ages 8 to 14

Tuesday and Thursday 5:00 — 6:00 pm

Saturday 9:00 — 10:00 am

Fitness Boxing: (no age limit)

You may train alongside our competitive boxers in all sessions and in any scheduled daytime session.
